Forbes named it the second on their list of top assessments they highly recommend every executive take and this is by far one of my clients favorite assessments to take!
The assessment comes in different forms, such as:
1- The Leadership Format: For those in a leadership position and want to know how their skills effect them as leaders and how it effect their team. It could also come in a 360 format.
2- The Workplace Format: For those interested in self-development and want to see how their results effect them at home and or work.
The EQ-i 2.0 model of emotional intelligence is based on fifteen competencies grouped into five composites: Self-Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal, Decision Making and Stress Management.
And everyone knows that whether your managing people or your managing yourself (and isn't that what we're always doing?) good emotional and social skills matter.
