"Uh-Oh He's Stressed Again"- Here's What's Going On

Updated: Jul 16, 2018

I used to work for someone that was very creative, intuitive and always could think outside the box. We were trying to bring an international program to Saudi. And it was a lot of work, and it took a lot longer then we expected. Whenever stress broke through, my boss would suddenly say things like "let's find a different program" or "I have an email from a different organization, let's contact them instead."

Everyone would kinda freeze in their spot and be like.. "but we've been working so hard on this for a year now!"

You see some of us are really good with big picture thinking and coming up with new possibilities. And it's definitely a strength.

And as all strengths what happens when we get stressed is we tent to overuse what we do best (those strengths). And that can become our weakness.

On Wed, 11th of July I will be holding a webinar on how different personality types respond to stressed.

Whether it’s stress from work or our personal lives, we see remarkable consistency in how people of the same type respond to stress.

You’ll walk away with an understanding of how each of these groups reacts to moderate stress (which we call the “yellow” zone), as well as how each group responds to severe stress (“the red zone”).

Dominant Thinkers (INTP, ENTJ, ESTJ, ISTP)

Dominant Feelers (ESFJ, ENFJ, INFP, ISFP)

Dominant Sensors (ESTP, ESFP, ISTJ, ISFJ)

Dominant Intuitives (INFJ, INTJ, ENFP, ENTP).
